Open Question: How do I replace an image with a larger different image on rollover with dreamweaver CS4?

Hi I am trying to set up a website for my new business and have tiny pictures on the site that I want to be replaced with larger different images on rollover. Basically, they are pictures of good and I want the description to be seen much larger on hover/rollover. Does anyone know how to do this in Dreamweaver CS4? I am a beginner with this so if you could point me to a tute or something that would be awesome as I am not great with coding! Thank you! :)

Open Question: why is he lying to me?

theres a guy at work who ive become very good friends with and am fond of. however very recently ive noticed hes been lying to me a lot which hurts because we receive on well together and i though he trusted me but lately my intuition has been bugging me that somethings not right. for example he says he owns 3 houses-in other countries-he reckons ones worth 600 k. hes got 4 kids so hes paying maintenance aswell. he reckons hes got 60 k in life savings which hes using with his friends to set up a property business yet cant even buy a coffee at work and rarely has cash on him-i pay nearly every break !! also hes only been in the job 7 months but has been having lots of personal emergencies eg kid in hospital ,ex partner in hospital, and has been doing this a lot lately. i feel awful doubting him but i dont know why i feel somethings not right. i felt sorry for him because his wife left him for someone else last year and ive been helping him a lot a work as he was in a bad way. is he lying-am i mad lol please someone help this is beginning to worry me-especially as sick never be able to prove any of it

Open Question: Can you read this tidbit of my novel?

Okay, so I'm writing a novel, finally, probably really abrupt, but I'd like some feedback. I'm a young writer, so we'll look how it goes. It's basically going to be about this Claire girl and Becky trying to receive revenge, and they both improve each others lives and are like sisters; go to each others events, help with homework, etc. like! Smack, smack, smack. The bubblegum slapped around in her mouth, huge pink spheres occasionally forming. She applied the eye shadow and mascara with expertise; she’d been doing this since kindergarten with mini makeup! In those days, she’d slip into a stall and set up her station, which consisted of a minute hanging mirror and some lip gloss, occasionally concealer and some stolen-from-Mom’s-purse perfume. Throughout the school day, the tots would stand and judge. Girls, envious, assured themselves that she was over mature. Boys, hypnotized, weren’t sure if they should approach her or keep some distance. Whatever they though, she would mind her possess business and go about her daily childish chores. When the end of the day came around, she would simply rinse it off and become the innocent child her mom and dad knew. Now, she used the mirror provided in the lavatory. With her was a larger bag, complete with eye shadow, mascara, lipstick, blush, concealer, perfume, foundation, a nail filer, some nail polish and a straight iron. She tossed her gum out and began smearing lipstick on, perfect to every crevice of her lips. Foundation, concealer and blush already applied, the girl squirted a bit of perfume into the air and filed her nails. No need for the nail polish today; her nails were painted on the bumpy bus ride, but still looked ideal. Her hair was straightened in two minutes flat, side-bangs and every. She took a deep breath and was about to walk out. “Hello?” somebody from the stall called meekly. Claire, puzzled, replied with a questioning “yes?” “Can you please open the door? I unlocked it already; stall two.” Claire jimmied open the door to find a tiny girl sitting on the toilet, clothes scattered to the floor, wrapped completely in toilet paper. Her pale face gave a sense of sheer depression, almost like this had happened plenty of times. Claire muffled an “oh my God” and picked up her clothes. “What’s your name?” she asked the girl. A pause. “Becky Willis.” “How old are you, Becky Willis?” “I’m ten.” “My name’s Claire Court. I’m twelve. Who did this to you, Becky?” Another silence. “Um, well, uh… it was a girl from your grade, it seemed. I’m sure you wouldn’t know her…” “Nonsense!” Claire clip off. “Do you know her name, Becky?” A deep moment of concentration radiated from the girl. “They, the girl’s friends, five of them, called her Cha-Cha, but I think her real name was Chris. It was written every over her binder.” Pure shock flooded Claire’s face. Cha-Cha Powers. It was one of her old friends. They still hang out, but… “Becky Willis, we are girl-to-girl. Would you be comfortable with me closing my eyes and unraveling you? And then you could receive our clothes back on? Would that be alright, Becky?” She nodded her head vigorously, pony tail flying. Claire smiled. “Good. Stand up and I’ll find the beginning.” Slowly, one layer at a time, Becky spun out as Claire held the end of the tissue. Thank God we’re in the handicapped stall, Claire thought, for they had enough room to both fit. As soon as the job was done, Becky scampered and dressed herself again. “Open,” she said in a bold voice. Claire smiled. “You look beautiful, kiddo. Really beautiful.” They embraced quickly, and Claire packed her things. “Oh, and Becky,” she said, I’ll look you around. Maybe one day we’ll receive revenge or something!” Becky replied, “I like your eye shadow, Claire Court, I really do.” What do you think?!

Open Question: Setting up a small business server? Don't know which server to buy?

I am computer smart but am confused about setting up a server. I am going to buy a server (specifically from www.tigerdirect.com). I do not want to spend more than $900. I would like to have a raid set (preferably raid 1 or 2). I want to have good security so that no one can hack it and receive business files. I would like it to have every the difficult drives, operating system, and software every included in the package. I do not want to have to search for the right operating system and the right software. I would also like to be able to access my files from anywhere in the world from the web. Considering that most of my work is on the road. And I would also like to be able to have like 5 to 10 computers on the server.

I downloaded ABC Amber .lit converter http://www.processtext.com/abclit.html and I want to set up my .lit > .pdf with the most READABLE font/size, etc. I can. I will be buying a Barns & Noble Nook soon and I want to start converting the books I want to put on the Nook the second I receive it out of the box so this is really important to me. Does anyone have any advice on what I should set my conversions for? I know that the Harry Potter difficult Covers use Garamond, I usually use Arial for my personal and business text, but what is easiest on the eyes when reading a novel?

Resolved Question: If I Claimed my NJ Unemployment Weekly benefits online and have Direct Deposit will it be the same if i called?

This week was the first time i went ONLINE to claim my CONTINUED weekly Benefits. I claim on Monday; when i went by Phone, it gets there Wednesday, Direct Deposit (I claim before 8AM.) This week was the FIRST TIME i Claimed Online; it said "Next Business Day" it also said "Check Mailed." Im set up for Direct Deposit.. so will it act the same as if i had called the # (973) 328-6490? It's complicated and maybe wont receive me anywhere but... it's the principal of the matter even more than the money I was cheated out of. I started a DJ business in Indiana, where I lived at the time several years ago. I moved to Louisiana, taking my business with me. At one point, due to personal family reasons, I had to temporarily move back to Indiana. A DJ pal offered to help me make money with a weekly gig he had originally been planning on doing. He intended to have another DJ pal of his (and I thought a pal of mine) work with him, or for him... The pal of his does not have his possess equipment, so as it was in reality, the pal intended to use either my equipment or my pal's equipment and do the main DJing. So, when the gig was turned over to me, so was the other DJ "pal." As it turned out, I stayed in Indiana a few months but had to go back to Louisiana to plan for and help my hubby with a move to Virginia. I traveled the roads many times over the following year, mostly for personal family, but partly to help the DJ working for me.... Sheesh... He paid me for the use of my equipment by sending me checks when I was not in town, using his possess signature. I made sure there were invoices with carbon copies, which he signed using my business name every time. Anyway, some misunderstandings came up just before I was to tug my equipment which was planned but no date had been set. I had been hearing many negative rumors and, looking out for my equipment, worth thousands of $$, I took it home with me to Virginia. I consulted the actual pal DJ so it would receive known ahead of time. There was no contract, ever. So, when I got to Virginia and cashed the checks written to me, they first bounced, then were cancelled. That was about $700 not to mention the bounced check fees. At the time we began, the adress of my business was in Louisiana. At this time, it was in Virginia, which also happens to be where I cashed my checks. The guy working for me worked on State Line Rd between IN and MI. Who do I contact and where? He refuses to pay me back. I have copies of invoices and checks... Who every is involved? What needs to be mentioned if I CAN take him to tiny claims court? Sorry, I have tried and am now at my wits end...

Open Question: This this prove once and for all that Obama is a Trotskyite Socialist?

In his latest Obamacare speech, he said that we needed a healthcare system that works better for the American public than for the insurance companies. Think about that. It almost made me toss up on my tv set. If someone operates a business that works better for the customer than for the business, then that business cannot make a profit and it will fail. Example. When you go into McDonald's for a shake and fries and the product costs $1.50 to produce and they sell it to you for $4.00, they have made a profit of $3.50. This is to the obvious advantage to McDonald's and not the customer. The only way for the purchase to be to the customer's advantage is for McDonald's to sell the product for no more than the $1.50 it cost to produce and the restaurant would have no incentive to stay in operation. The only way that it would make sense would be for a collective ownership of the restaurant in which there would be no profit motive. (Public Option Anyone?) So it should be obvious that Obama is advocating Socialism. Right? For you weak minded libs, a business including a health insurance company must operate to the advantage of the business and not to the advantage of the customer, otherwise this leads to socialism. And the speech was rebroadcast on the socialistic PBS Newshour, using my tax money to spread this collectivist cancer that will destroy the American way of life. They must be stopped.

Open Question: Can I be forced to get an office location when it is not stated in our contract?

I signed a work contract with a satellite service provider almost three years ago, in the contract it does not state I should have an office location, I have had a home office ever since and it was never an issue. But now after many changes in their management they are pushing every subcontractors to receive an office with proper training facilities for our technicians. Can they really do this? They have even set a deadline. I completely understand if you were running a big corporation, but this is a family business and feel that our costs would highly go up if we do this.

Open Question: My Boyfriend is having problems with his daughters mom, what should we do?

I just started dating this guy about a week ago but ive known him since i was little but we reconnected and adore one another so much he is my best pal as am i. However he has a 3 mth old daughter with another girl that i am ok with since i have two kids of my possess, he has made it clear to me that he doesnt want her any more and only wants to look his daughter and be in his babies life however since the mom has found out that me and him are dating she has deleted her facebook and changed her number and says that he cant look the baby any more. Obviously she still wants him but just wont say it but oh well but the other problem is he is attending school in texas and i live in florida as well as his daughter and the mom and his parents as well,seeing as every one is here he thinks he should arrive back to florida and straighten things out as far as the baby with the baby's mom so that he can be in her life. I am thinking that he should just stay in TX since he has a good life and job as a business networker set up there and just take her to court for visitation or partial custody and just let the courts deal with it since she wants to be nasty, i dont want this to arrive between me and him either but im going to back him every the way with whateva decision he makes but what do u think would be the best route for every of us to take? The palace was beautifully decorated with the elegant looking pillars. The tiny pillar pedestals held the vases firmly on it. The walls were clothed with wealthy wallpaper and big royal paintings hanging on it. Never ever had I seen such huge home in my life. I wonder whether I had been open-mouthed at the time because that would have been a reaction of anyone seeing the mansion for the first time. I kept staring at things for longer than just a moment, while we climbed up the regal spacious stairs and before I knew it, we had already reached the floor. To the right of the landing was a door where Rachel abruptly halted and turned to me. I raised my brow waiting for her to guide the way. However, she motioned her eyes for me to enter the room. She seemed to be deeply immersed into whatever she was reading. I looked back towa I looked back towards the door and saw Rachel still standing, unmoved from her position, signaling me to approach the girl. I slightly nodded before taking few steps nearing the sofa. Thinking that she might feel my presence in the room, I waited for her to look up. But, she didn’t. odd. What was SO interesting in the book that she was reading? I couldn’t understand. I tried to peep from where I stood but in vain. I had to receive her attention somehow, so I cleared my throat uselessly. "Ahem!” No success. Is she deaf? She can’t be …she just can’t. I was getting uncomfortable minute by minute and senselessly shifted my weight onto my other foot. I decided to make full use of my voice, this time, and make my presence known. Is it just me or the eyes I am probably staring into, are really that tempting. Never in my life, had I seen such attractive blue eyes ever – with a hint of innocence and a distinct sparkle of adore for the world in them. It might sound like an overly exaggerating statement, but it was what I thought looking in them. I was sure I had forgotten to breathe at that very moment and knew that my voice might betray me if I utter a word. So, I settled on giving a wave to the girl who was still a stranger to me till that very time. The blonde stared at me, not in the eyes though for some reason, but in the next second, her face showed a wealthy grin on it and the attraction had literally killed me. "Ciao. Mi chiamo Annalina. Piacere di conoscerla. arrive si chiama? "What?” I didn’t receive a word of the foreign language that was thrown at me but before I could ask the girl, she had already turned to her book again. For a minute or a bit longer than that, I kept looking at her trying to figure out why there was a weird feeling bubbling in my mind that something about that girl was off. I almost jumped when a hand was placed on my shoulders and spun around to find Rachel there. She smiled sweetly and introduced the girl as her granddaughter "Alina.” She glanced at Alina once before guiding me out of the room. I was still confused about the young lady named Alina - her behavior was nice of odd. So many questions were haunting me already. Also, I wondered why I was expected to tutor a girl, who seemed to be of my age? Why me, of every people – I was still unanswered to that one, too. Mrs. Samuel and I walked back into the living room. She, then, came clean about every of the things that had bothered me in my mind since I arrived. It was then I came to know that her granddaughter Annalina Romano a.k.a. Alina was an autistic kid.

So one of my friends that I have known for almost 7 years now has always made life more difficult and dramatic then it needs to be for me. Sometimes she can do things that I really appreciate, but most of the time I feel like I am clashing with her. For example, we both were interested in the same college and she openly told me that I'm too dumb to go there and that I'll flunk out of that school. She made fun of my goals and my dreams and that I wanted to major in business. When I got to the school I lived life without her. I found my possess friends and did my possess thing, without making any effort to include her. She would sob to her mom and eventually me and this girl reconciled. I made the mistake once again of getting too close to her. We spent a lot of time together. I was in her dorm room or eating meals with her every of the time. She joined a sorority and loves that her sorority is known for having "the wealthy and pretty girls". At one point, I had a relationship at school with a boy. He was just not my type and top of that he made a lot of needy drinking decisions and even came into my room once puking everywhere. We every thought he had alcohol poisoning. It was really bad, and to say the least extremely embarassing. I helped clean up and broke up with him shortly after. So anyways, I had set up my pal before I went to college up with my next door neighbor I have known since I was 3 years old. My pal continued to cheat on him and they broke up. Then they got back together recently and she was every "It was meant to be. I adore him." blah blah blah... then next thing you know she is in bed with my ex boyfriend's roommate while she still has her boyfriend. She made the mistake of talking about me to my ex boyfriend. He digged her for information and she openly told him. He found out I had lied to his face as to why I broke up with him. He texted me asking to meet to receive dinner and talk. I said sure. At dinner he called me out on things I had told my pal. I could not believe that she set me up like to that. Especially, to an ex boyfriend that she had just met. She has known me for much longer and my family had even taken her on vacations with us. I was embarassed and came back to my dorm room crying. I tried to call her to talk but she would not answer my calls. I kept my phone on and door open incase she would want to talk. She never showed up. Her roommate called me and told that she went back to my ex boyfriend's room and hung out there every night. I guess my ex boyfriend spoke really poorly of me to her and put a lot of words into my mouth. Awesome. The next day she sent me really rude text messages calling me names. Then later that night she texted me to apologize for everything she did. I cannot accept a text apology. I would much rather talk face-to-face but she is not initiating anything when I gave her the option to arrive over and talk that night and she chose not to. So that is her loss. I still haven't responded back to her text message and it has been about 4 days now. I don't know what the right thing to do is. I do not like holding grudges but I honestly just feel so betrayed. What do you think is the right thing for me to do?

Me and my sister are thinking of investing in a hair salon. Neither one of us do hair (we both just look a need for a great salon in our area and have a little extra money to play with). Simple question here but I would like a pretty clear clip answer and not one hating the other. This is a pretty big decision for our business and would like to invest are money as best as possible so any details toward programs that run better on either one anything that sets one apart is what Im looking for. Resolved Question: I have a problem accessing a Quickbooks backup file,is anyone able to help?

I have had to wipe my computer clean back to factory settings-and in process of reinstalling programs-yeah headache. I use Quickbooks for my business and I have back up files stored on portable difficult steer. I reinstalled Quickbooks then went into to file to open in backup file but it won't open the data in quickbooks-don't know what else to do. it suggests saving the backup file to the original setting but it has every been wiped don't know what to do with it-at wits end.Any help would be appreciated.I have tried naming it the same as what the backup was saved to and it doesnt work.

A little background...I met an HR director a few months ago and gave him my resume. A great job in his company finally opened up and he forwarded my resume to that department who then called me for a "1st interview". I went in the next day, the interview went well but very brief and she said she would pass my info along to the hiring manager and they would be in touch with me. A family member of mine who is in the business called them and put in a good word for me as well. That was Friday. Today, Monday morning I saw that the position is posted on a well known career website. Should I be concerned or is this standard procedure? Open Question: Why must the people of Britain now suffer because the government lent so much money to the banks?

Ok so this is how it works, my business is in trouble so I go to the bank to borrow money. First the bank does a credit check (the banks would not have a high score) and then loads on the interest and charges me for setting up the loan. Now when the banks are in trouble they ask the government to borrow money from. No credit checking, no 19% interest, no set up fee. Now the government is having to clip expenditure on public services because it is so much in debt. I may be stupid but this does not sound right to me!! The banks should be made to make regular monthly repayments at a high interest and fined if they fail to meet those payments. The banks should not be allowed to make pay rises or bonuses until it has cleared its debts. Lastly as this is tax payers money will we look interest on this loan being paid out to us in the form of a national tax refund? One system for them and one for us.

We met at a football game in November... It was for an every guys school and me and my friends were in the student section, which we weren't really allowed to do lol. So basically we were being b*tched at by some guys because "it's an every guys school and girls aren't allowed in the student section because girls dont go to school there". Open Question: Puppy's leg sprained or broken? (long story)?

Alright, just to start off I'm 15 so don't go flying off the handle at me please. I'm trying to use the resources I have. Yesterday my horse got out of the coral and ran over my 11wk old German Shepherd puppy. The horse hit the puppy with the front of her legs and didn't stomp her from what I could look. I think the horse is just use to my Border Collie getting out of the way and when the puppy didn't move it was already too tardy. The puppy yelped terribly and out of panic I tried to pick her up gently. Well she bit my arm pretty good before I could gently set her back down. She then proceeded to hop away from the scene crying slightly and holding her back left leg up in the air. I followed her and picked her up again when she was a few feet away. Then she let me hold her no problem. I took her up stairs in the home and she laid down. Ears up and alert, but definatly shaken. She wasn't interested in food, water, or her toys. I was really worried but my dad said lets just watch her and look what happens. So I made a little comfy spot on the sofa and layed her there next to me. She slept for a couple of hours, then woke up whining like she would when she had to go out and do some business. So I very gently tried to pick her up and when I did she yelped slightly. At this point my dad had ran over to the neighbors real quick to help them with something. When I took her out, she started peeing and it was a little mixture of blood then straight blood. I freaked out, picked her up and loaded her in the car while calling me dad saying we have to take her to ER now. When he got home a few minutes later he said he wasn't suprised she had peed some blood and that it was actually normal for someone whom receive's hit in the stomach. He said fighters on TV will say they were "pissing blood for a week after that battle" and that if we took her to the vet it'd cost a lot of money which we can't really afford and every they would do is tell us to keep an eye on her. Well I was totally pissed, but there's nothing I could do about it. So I brought her back upstairs and put her on my bed. She slept there for a couple of more hours and had some water one of the times she had woke up. When I went to bed I put a few sheets below my desk, then took my matress off and angled it infront of it so I could snooze with her, but not have her on my bed incase of an accident. She had peed before I went to snooze and it was clear, no blood. Then she ate some food and drank water and chewed a little bit on her toys. I was up with her every through the night giving her water and checking on her. This morning when we receive up she is much more like herself. She's walking, glad and wagging her tail, eating and drinking normally, and trying to be playfull. Now though she walks a little stiffly in her back end, and when she tried to run a little towards my dog she cried and picked up her back left leg. She won't run on the leg, but she will walk on it, sit on it, and if I touch or move it in normal positions she doesn't care. There are no hot spots, swelling, or irregular bumps. So I'm wondering if she sprained her back leg, or if could be broken? I think sprained but I'd like your opinion. Perferrably from people with experience in the area. Please, only serious replies and no name calling. If she doesn't receive better within a day or two and my dad won't take her I might be able to receive my mom too [she would want to, we just don't have the money] (my parents are separated). I tried to call her to talk but she would not answer my calls. I kept my phone on and door open incase she would want to talk. She never showed up. The next day she sent me really rude text messages calling me names. Then later that night she texted me to apologize for everything she did. I cannot accept a text apology. I would much rather talk face-to-face but she is not initiating anything when I gave her the option to arrive over and talk that night and she chose not to. So that is her loss. I still haven't responded back to her text message and it has been about 4 days now. I don't know what the right thing to do is. I do not like holding grudges but I honestly just feel so betrayed. What do you think is the right thing for me to do?

Open Question: setting up a website for my business??? need some help please?

i want to set up a business selling sweets etc how do i go about getting a website ste up and getting myself a domain name. i have tried webhost build a free website with webeden and that was utter rubbish. i need to be able to put pics and info of what i am selling. i also need to be able to have the cursor so that it will click on boxes etc. i also need to be able to let people make payments. i've no idea where to start as this is every new to me. could anyone suggest any good sites that will be able to help me and not confuse me more.

Resolved Question: Does anyone know the very first steps to starting your own company?

There's a company I want to start that deals with setting up a home for people who are sent to other cities on business. There's a person I know who already does this for a living but he is reluctant to give out any information on how to receive stated. Like where do I go to receive my business name secured? How do I find out about taxes on this sort of company? Where is the first place I should start?

Resolved Question: Do you think feeding fast food to an overweight child should be considered mistreatment?

My step daughter is only 4 and already overweight. Her mom only feeds her junk food. When we were setting up every the visitation business we asked her mom what kinds of food she likes. The answer was chicken and fries, mac and cheese,and PB&J sandwiches. We (her dad and I) always make sure she only has healthy options at our home. For example we try to have oatmeal, eggs, or cream of wheat for breakfast. Sometimes we just let her have Trix, though, because it's her favorite. At her mom's she only ever eats pancakes or french toast. She's actually lost a little bit of weight since she started visiting us 4 months ago. Apparently her mom has a problem with us making the child eat healthy food. She's been telling the kid that she doesn't have to eat healthy food because it's "yucky". She called my husband the other day complaining about how we'd fed the child oatmeal for breakfast. Apparently she's never had that before and the mom was mad that we made her try something new. The mom has taken to buying the child a glad meal everytime she sends her with us. Does she not know what that food does to people and especially little kids??? I just want to know: Don't you think this is a form of maltreatment? Obviously she is feeding the child or she wouldn't be overweight, but she is setting this little girl up for a lifetime of weight problems and therefore health problems! (BTW we never let the kid eat her glad meal. She gets her toy from it, but she'll conveniently forget about the glad meal and leave it in the car. By the next morning it's "disappeared" and she forgets every about not having eaten it) DO NOT make fun of that little girl! I adore her like my possess and it is NOT her fault that she's overweight!!!!!!!! The reason we never let her eat the glad meal with us is because she eats so many when she's with her mom. I agree that once in a while is ok, but this is not once in a while. And no, I'm not setting her up for an eating disorder. I never said that the child minded being fed healthy food. I said the mom minded. The kid generally eats whatever we give her as long as we show her that we are eating it too. Sometimes she puts up a battle, but it isn't anything that we can't handle.

Open Question: I have a customer wanting 12 semi trucks and 22 semi trailers power washed every week. What should I charge?

As I stated in the title, a potential customer is wanting 12 semi trucks and 22 semi truck trailers (i assume the standard 53 footers). I am thinking $25 per truck and $20 per trailer. That sets me at $740 a week and $2960 a month. I am told 25 per truck and 20 per trailer sounds cheap, but to me, nearly $3000 a month sounds high. What do you guys think? I really need the work, but i am relatively new to the business and dont want to pass up this job. I was thinking of spraying on a soap (suitable for washing trucks) and then brushing them and then rinsing.

Open Question: Is this dream the symbolic answer to my new business option?

Hi, I got an offer last night from a fellow Life Coach who has set up a Ltd. company and wants me to work self-employed below her brand name with other coaches. The benefits are I'm totally independent as I am now, my rent is much less and unlike now I have support, in terms of referred clients, colleagues and also, because this other coach works in the corporate sector, unlike me, I have more exposure and connections. However, I'm undecided at this point and asked for guidance last night before I fell asleep. Then I had this dream: I'm sitting in our beach home, which has a very big window looking out on a scene of many rolling hills going down to the sea, the furtherest field away is 1 white horse, then when I look there's another smaller white horse. right in front of my home window there are hounds and foxes running round in the grassy field the foxes are chasing after the hounds who are midway giving birth the pups heads are literally out and the hounds are running around the hounds then go out of view to birth to their pups and the hounds and pups arrive running back in the foxes just continue to run around, almost playful when i look down there are many more white horses in the furthest fields big ones and tiny ones I understand that birth is probably connected to the birth of my new business, whether the foxes are this other Coach and she's definitely shrewd, the white horses are the positive in the future? Open Question: Customer service problem at a gym, maybe?

So i possess a gym, has weights, a pool, and a basketball court. Structured as a private club. There are some state regulations that i HAVE to follow, and absolutely can't compromise on. There are some other rules set up, just from personal experience on what works and what doesn't...a few from my insurance company too. Anyways, the business is not in a bad area, not much crime, maybe 1 murder every 2 years (in the entire town), etc. Almost daily, i have people coming in demanding i do things their way, and its their right to use the place for free, and its not their problem about the laws.......and then they'll just start walking into the facility. I'm breaking about 10 laws when i let someone use the place without a membership....its not loop-holes, clearly stated i can do such and such if i'm membership only, but can't if i'm open to the public. And my costs skyrocket if i let it be open to the public, which gives me less incentive to let people in for free....and there already is none. It always starts out polite, but it eventually gets to the point where I'm screaming receive out or i'm calling the police. I put a big sign on the door that has this every explained, a little more concise, apparently no one reads. Any suggestions on how to fix this, or is it just something i have to deal with. I'll put 2 examples below....don't have the time, can skip it, but i think it adds some clarity. Like today, my basketball court was rented, and a group of people came in, no membership yet, said they wanted to use the court, I told them they could use the relax of the facility until the rental was over. They were like ok, we'll think about it. Then they came back and said i lied to them, that there are people playing basketball on the court, for free. I explained that one person paid for the rental, and the relax are part of his rental, and that its a basketball court, thats what it gets rented for..and that those guys can't use the relax of the facility, just the court. So they demand i cancel the rental, and let them rent it....I told them i can't do that. Then they bolt up to the court, saying they are part of the rental. I usually don't tolerate this, but i follow them up. The rental told me, no they aren't. I told them to leave, but they can sign up and use the relax of the facility until the rental is over. One person starts cursing in front of little kids, saying its not right that someone can rent the court, then pick who gets to use it. I told them to watch their language, they said they don't have to hear to me, they are grown adults and can do whatever they want...they already know i'm the owner at this point. One person walks out the door and starts to tell me how they are coming back and going to kick.....i close the door on the them, didn't hear the relax. Or this weekend, we had a birthday party, the parties are suppose to schedule clean up as part of their rental, but we usually give an extra 15 minutes...and they can wait in the lobby until the parents pick up every the kids.....after 15 minutes, the person working, kept calm, but started pressuring them to leave. 15 minutes later, the next birthday party arrived. The manager gets a call a few days later saying the person working the desk tried to receive them to leave after their rental was over...and that isn't right.

Open Question: How do I transfer personal debt to S-corporation debt?

I purchased an S-corp three years ago, primarily with seller financed debt. It was a stock transaction, so the debt is personal, not corporate. Currently, I deduct the interest paid to the seller (Rule 89-35). I am considering an SBA loan to refinance the debt at a lower rate and longer term. The lender tells me it will be a loan payable by the business (corporate debt). My question is how to handle the accounting. When I enter the loan payable to the SBA lender on the books, do I also need to set up an offsetting loan receivable from the shareholder (me)? If so, I will essentially be paying back the loan to the s-corp from s-corp distributions, with no cash changing hands. Are there other ways to handle the transaction without incurring any tax consequences? Thanks!
